Het medicatie beleid binnen Thuiszorg Care Pro is er op gericht een zo veilig mogelijke situatie te cre\u00ebren voor u als cli\u00ebnt en voor onze zorgverleners op het gebied van medicatie verstrekking. Wij werken volgens de richtlijnen van de \u2018veilige principes in de medicatie keten\u2019<\/a>. Als u op deze link klikt ziet u het interactieve PDF bestand van de website Zorgvoorbeter.nl. In ons kwaliteitssysteem zijn procedures opgenomen over hoe om te gaan met medicatie. Als u uw medicatiegebruik niet zelf kunt regelen, dan zorgen wij ervoor dat u op de juiste tijd het juiste medicijn op de juiste wijze krijgt aangereikt of toegediend, mits hiervoor een indicatie is afgegeven.

Al onze medewerkers hebben via hun app toegang tot de belangrijkste\u00a0Vilans Protocollen<\/a>\u00a0m.b.t. het verstrekken van medicatie. De medicatie wordt uitsluitend verzorgd door medewerkers die hiervoor over de juiste bevoegdheid beschikken. Op elk moment kunnen medewerkers de volgende protocollen raadplegen.<\/p>
